Mission of the award
«For outstanding work in art history»
Is to recognize and encourage outstanding achievements in the field of art history, stimulate scientific research, popularize cultural heritage and support the professional development of specialists.
The award is aimed at strengthening interdisciplinary ties, developing innovative approaches to the study of art and the formation of a high level of professionalism in the field of art history, contributing to the preservation and development of the cultural wealth of society.
Who can participate
Art critics, citizens of the Russian Federation are invited to participate in the Award
Published individual monographs on the history of art, theory of art and modern artistic process are accepted for participation in the Award
Application Rules
The competition is open to peer-reviewed works devoted to domestic and foreign visual (painting, sculpture, architecture, graphics) and decorative applied arts, created in the last 5 years.
Only one Work is accepted from a single author
The scope of the submitted Work is not limited to the number of author pages.
The Works submitted to the competition are submitted for consideration by a special jury
The jury has the right to remove low-quality Works from the competition
