Academic Art Fair

The 2nd Contemporary Academic Art Fair is a new chapter in Russia’s largest art project, dedicated to the development of contemporary academic art.

The fair brings together artists, galleries, collectors, curators, representatives of museums, educational institutions, and cultural institutions, creating a space where academic tradition is revealed through the language of modernity.

The project showcases current trends in contemporary academic art while preserving the fundamental values of the art school: a high level of mastery, continuity between generations, and respect for cultural heritage. Here, classical education becomes the foundation for new artistic expressions, and tradition becomes part of a vibrant cultural process.

From September 24 to 27, 2026, Gostiny Dvor will once again become a meeting place for the professional community and a wide audience, combining a large-scale exhibition, special projects and a rich business program dedicated to the development of contemporary academic art.
