Young artists will have the opportunity to get acquainted with academic art, master various genres of classical sculpture and painting under the guidance of experienced teachers, and also take part in the exhibition of the Children’s Stand for free.

Children are our future in the world of art. We believe it is important to support young talents at the very beginning of their creative path, to help develop their abilities and introduce them to the rich heritage of classical and contemporary art both in Russia and abroad.
The academic art fair «Art Russia. Classic. New perspective » gives children a chance to present their works to a wide audience and stand in line with experienced masters.

Topics of the Children's Stand
Every year, the Children’s Stand of the Fair is a place where children’s talent and creativity find their brightest expression. At the 2025 Academic Art Fair, we are presenting two significant themes for the Children’s Stand that not only develop artistic skills, but also develop important human qualities.
Defenders of the Motherland
The theme «Defenders of the Motherland: Through the Ages to the Present» is designed to instill in children a sense of patriotism and respect for the history of our country. Through art, we strive to preserve the memory of the exploits of past generations, tell about the current ones and pass it on to future generations, developing in children the ability to artistically express their thoughts and feelings.
Mosaic of Cultures
The theme «Mosaic of Cultures: Art Unites» emphasizes the role of art in strengthening international relations, maintaining international friendship, preserving cultural heritage and traditions. It symbolizes the unity of peoples of different countries and demonstrates how artistic images can unite people, regardless of their cultural differences.
We invite young artists to portray these themes in classical techniques of painting and sculpture
Conditions of participation
Participation in the exhibition is free.
Applications are accepted from participants up to 17 years old inclusive.
All works must undergo curatorial selection.
Priority is given to students of art colleges, academies and schools.
